His name is Vicente Rodriguez Garcia, and he is 46 years old up to date. He is my father and the only time I've heard of him in the past 8 years, is that he was captured in Tijuana, Mexico. In August he was captured by the police for having drugs in his possession. My father has been a drug addict since I was 3 months old; however, I love him dearly and want to at least have a phone conversation with him. I've tried contacting police stations in Mexico, prisons, but no one wants to give me information on him. It is very expensive if I were to hire an investigator; therefore, I am using the internet as a tool to try and contact him someway, somehow. If the internet can spread images and jokes in a matter of seconds, I'm sure someone will help me find him. I am 16 years old now, and I wouldn't want to find out that my father is dead. I wish to speak to him at least. Help.
